What happens after
the 10 week block of lessons is finished?
You are automatically enrolled
in the same lesson time for next 10 weeks of lessons
unless you tell us otherwise. A minimum $50 non-refundable
deposit is required before the commencement of each 10
week block of lessons to guarantee the lesson time.
Can I start once your term has commenced?
Yes! You can start anytime. You simply pay
for a 10-week block of lessons from the day you start.
What if I can't
pay the whole amount upfront?
Alternative payment options may be discussed on a case
by case basis.
Can
I pay on a lesson-by-lesson basis?
We do not operate on a lesson-by-lesson basis.
When
you are ready to commence at our Studio, you book in
for a 10 week block of lesson. The no-obligation
Introductory lesson gives you the opportunity to confirm
your choice.

10-week
block of lessons
A non-refundable deposit is required beforehand to
guarantee the lesson timeslot. The lesson time will remain
available until a deposit is received by the Studio.
The balance (Total lesson fees- $50 deposit) is paid on the 1st
lesson.
1
hr Introductory Lesson
We offer a 1
hr Introductory lesson (only
$75.00
inc GST
) that allows you the opportunity to confirm your
choice before committing to a 10-week block of lessons.
This fee is required at the time of confirmation the
lesson time. It is non-refundable. It can not be transferred
to another time or day if 5 working days notice has
not been given. It IS transferable to another person. |

A student will not be permitted to
attend lessons without payment of fees. |

A Signed Enrolment Form is required
on or before the first lesson. |

All tuition must be completed within
the 10 - week block of terms and may not be carried over
into any subsequent term. |

In
the event that a student is unable to attend a lesson
a makeup lesson may be arranged provided that
a vacancy exists and a minimum of five
(5) working days notice has been received.
Makeup lesson
to be taken within 2 weeks of the cancelled lesson.
The more notice received by the Studio, the more opportunity
exists to arrange a makeup lesson. |

Non
attendance at a makeup lesson will be deemed to be an
attendance. Makeup lesson cannot be transferred to another
time or day |
|
|
A student is required to provide all
resources for private use outside lessons e.g. original
sheet music, original songbooks, CD's or tapes for backing
music, tapes for recording lessons. |
|
|
For those involved, rehearsal fees
and concert fees are payable separately. These fees will
vary depending on the event and the student's involvement.
Fees will be advised prior to each event. |
|
|
The Studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs and record videos of the student for brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials.
Permission is also granted for the Studio to copyright such photographs in its name. |
|
|
In the event
that default of payment of an account occurs, and action
is taken to recover the debt, the student shall pay all
costs incurred in recovering the debt. |
|
|
|
A non-refundable
