Deposit

1. A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of lessons to guarantee your lesson timeslot.
2. The deposit is deducted from the full fee.
3. The required deposit depends on the lessons being taken. For example:

Conditions

1. Deposit
   A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The lesson time will remain open for others to book until a deposit is received by the Studio. The balance of fees (total lesson fees less deposit) is paid on the 1st lesson.
2. All lessons must be completed within the 10 week block of lessons and may not be carried over into any subsequent blocks of lessons.
3. In the event that a student is unable to attend a lesson a makeup lesson may be arranged provided that a vacancy exists and a minimum of five (5) working days notice has been received
4. Makeup lessons cannot be guaranteed. Makeup lessons are be taken within 2 weeks of the cancelled lesson. The more notice received by the Studio, the more opportunity exists to arrange a makeup lesson.
5. Introductory Lesson
   We offer a 1 hr Introductory lesson (only $76.00 inc GST ) that allows you the opportunity to confirm your choice before committing to a 10-week block of lessons. This fee is required at the time of booking the lesson time. It is non-refundable.
6. A lesson time cannot be transferred to another time or day if 5 working days notice has not been given. It IS transferable to another person.
7. A Signed Enrolment Form is required on or before the first lesson (excluding Introductory lesson)
8. Non attendance at a lesson will be deemed to be an attendance and lesson can not be made up.
9. Students are required to provide all resources for private use outside lessons e.g. original sheet music, original songbooks, CDs, iPods or USB sticks for backing music, blank CDs for recording lessons.
10. For those involved, rehearsal and concert fees are payable separately. These fees will vary depending on the event and the student's involvement. Fees will be advised prior to each event.
11. A student will not be permitted to attend lessons without payment of fees.
12. The Studio is granted permission by students to take photographs and record videos of students for brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional purposes.
    Permission is also granted for the Studio to copyright such photographs in the name of the Leanne Hoad Singing Studio (Australia) Pty Ltd.
13. In the event that default of payment of an account occurs, and action is taken to recover the debt, the student shall pay all costs incurred in recovering the debt.
