We are always on the look out for good, contemporary singing teachers to join our friendly and professional team.
What we’re looking for
- Singers with a love for teaching people to sing
- Our emphasis is exclusively on contemporary music (we don't teach
classical). So, a love for pop, rock, musical theatre, jazz, blues,
soul, ballads, high energy dance numbers and so on would be preferred.
- Friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, well-presented and motivated people
who can manage their own time, their students' time and be organised
enough to prepare themselves for lessons every day
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays - those are
the most popular lesson slots
- People prepared to do approximately 6 - 12 months intense and extensive
in-house training
Preferred background
singing qualifications or prior singing training- piano skills and music theory (minimum Grade 3 AMEB or equivalent)
- computer skills (we use computers regularly in lessons)
- a good singing voice and performance experience

- free access to online Studio resources including our exclusive Teachers Manual, searchable MP3 music catalogue (for use in lessons and Studio concerts only) and intranet
- training and experience in organizing, producing and running concerts and group classes
- long term employment
Typical hours
25-35 hours per week- Monday - Friday 3.00pm - 9.00pm
- Saturdays 10.00am - 4.30pm
